ASSIST Data Management Application
Articulation Officers are superusers of ASSIST, with specialized access, account types, and support needs. They are professionals responsible for managing campus curriculum and articulation data. Their work enables the display of transfer and articulation information on assist.org for students and those who support them in preparation to transfer from a California community college (CCC) to a California university.
This page offers resources specific to ASSIST data managers (Articulation Officer accounts); Resources for non-data managing users can be found on the ASSIST Resource Center Students, Faculty, and Staff page.
Users with an active account can Log On to the Data Management Application. Select "I can't access my account..." to reset your password. The system locks users out after three failed attempts. Contact your analyst team if you are locked out.
General resources for all data managers are listed beneath the sections for role- and segment-specific resources. Select your role to view resources.
